Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain, administer, upgrade, and troubleshoot network tools, hardware devices, and communication systems to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively resolve technical issues to maintain system stability, uptime, and high service availability.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, testing, termination, and labeling of networking hardware, transmission media, and infrastructure components.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by proactively identifying operational risks and resolving incidents efficiently.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments for networks, servers, operating systems, and applications to identify potential security weaknesses.
  • Perform periodic network security audits, scanning activities, and compliance checks to improve system security and infrastructure resilience.
  • Track, compile, and document vulnerabilities over time for reporting purposes, risk analysis, and performance improvement metrics.
  • Support upgrades of network tools, operational systems, and technical documentation including SOPs and process-related guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and infrastructure issues while ensuring minimal disruption to operational services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, engineers, and support personnel to implement customer and internal networking projects successfully.
  • Maintain operational documentation, network records, audit logs, and incident reports to ensure process transparency and compliance.
  • Provide technical support in high-availability, fast-paced, and 24x7 operational environments while ensuring quality service outcomes.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, Networking, or related disciplines.
  • Applicants with approximately 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in network operations, technical support, or infrastructure management are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, network protocols, and operational troubleshooting is essential.
  • Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies, Versa, VIPTELA, Fortinet, or related networking and security technologies will be considered advantageous.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability assessment, network security auditing, system scanning, and cybersecurity best practices is required.
  • Hands-on exposure to hardware installation, equipment maintenance, testing, and network infrastructure setup is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are necessary to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to work in fast-paced, high-availability, and 24x7 operational environments efficiently.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are required for technical collaboration, issue reporting, and stakeholder interaction.
