Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases for CAE and simulation software workflows.

• Develop and maintain test programs based on R&D verification diagnostics and released requirements.

• Perform functional, regression, and system-level testing across multiple platforms and environments.

• Analyze software and emulation failures, perform root-cause analysis, and provide actionable feedback.

• Collaborate with product design and development teams to improve hardware and software solutions.

• Ensure the functional quality, stability, and reliability of released products before customer delivery.

• Take ownership of complex testing initiatives and act as a technical lead when required.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and validation efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.

• 2–4 years of professional CAE / FEA experience in an engineering or software validation role.

• Hands-on experience with HyperMesh or similar finite element pre-processing tools.

• Experience working with FEA solvers such as LS-DYNA, Radioss, HyperWorks, or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of finite element theory and numerical analysis methods.

• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Exposure to scripting or programming for testing or automation is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
