Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure allocated premium processing tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Review premium data entries carefully to maintain high levels of accuracy and minimize operational errors.

Escalate unresolved queries or complex cases to Senior Technicians for timely resolution and process continuity.

Adhere strictly to company compliance policies, audit requirements, and risk management guidelines.

Participate actively in training programs and complete all assigned compliance assessments successfully.

Support the PP team in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency across insurance processes.

Communicate effectively with team members to clarify task requirements and ensure workflow alignment.

Maintain proper documentation and records related to premium transactions and process updates.

Engage in feedback sessions and implement development suggestions to enhance personal performance.

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, demonstrating academic readiness for entry-level financial services roles.

Basic awareness of the insurance industry and understanding of how insurance supports business operations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure accurate information exchange within the team.

Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for documentation and reporting tasks.
