About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Engineer – Full Stack Developer to join our Cloud Engineering Team in Pune. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who want hands-on exposure to building cloud-native, scalable, and secure applications using modern full stack technologies.

As part of this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Cloud Engineers, DevOps, QA, Architects, and Product teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions that power a global talent management platform. You’ll gain real-world experience with AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices while contributing to impactful, enterprise-scale systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native web applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET or Java

  • Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services following best engineering practices

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, reliable deployments

  • Leverage AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, and Cognito

  • Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud Operations, QA, and Architecture teams to deliver robust solutions

  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments

  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure compliance with security and quality standards

  • Write and maintain SQL and NoSQL queries, schemas, and stored procedures

  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation activities

  • Explore and integrate AWS AI/ML services to drive innovation

  • Stay updated with emerging tools, frameworks, and cloud engineering best practices

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • 0–2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer

  • Strong knowledge of React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET or Java

  • Hands-on experience or strong exposure to AWS cloud-native application development

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and DevOps practices

  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code concepts

  • Awareness of cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization principles

  • Interest or exposure to AWS AI/ML services

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment
