Job Description
Perform testing on all SharePoint and VBA tools, Data Analytics dashboards, and Enterprise applications. Responsible for testing client-facing solutions that have an impact on revenue. Participate in requirements gathering calls. Test as per Deloitte standards such as copyright, visual identity, and guidelines like style guides and checklists. Support internal testing and user acceptance processes to deliver high-quality products. Develop test cases, supporting test materials, documentation, and procedures as required. Test developed supporting materials and internal project documentation. Support continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities
Own and execute QA strategy for assigned modules or releases
Design and execute test plans, RTM, and TCD for enterprise applications
Automate test cases using TOSCA (XScan, TDS/TDM, Recovery Scenarios, Exception Handling)
Orchestrate DEX/AOS for distributed execution; manage Execution Lists and reporting
Perform functional, regression, and UAT support
Drive defect triage, root‑cause analysis, and quality risk assessment with cross‑functional teams
Communicate test status, quality metrics, and release readiness to stakeholders
Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices
Ensure compliance with and maintain development guidelines:
Apply Deloitte standards (e.g., copyright, visual identity) and guidelines (e.g., style guide, checklists) to tools development projects.
Develop and maintain internal documentation to facilitate compliance as required.
