🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize PySpark-based data pipelines for large-scale distributed systems.

• Work with Apache Spark, Hadoop ecosystem tools (Hive, Sqoop), and shell scripting.

• Analyze, debug, and enhance applications for performance and security.

• Identify system enhancements and recommend technical improvements.

• Collaborate with users, technology teams, and stakeholders on system integrations.

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for validation and transformation.

• Serve as a mentor or advisor to junior team members.

• Ensure secure and compliant data handling aligned with banking regulations.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

💻 Programming & Big Data

• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

• Proficiency in Python (PySpark).

• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop.

• Shell scripting expertise.

🗄️ Database & Data Handling

• Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries.

• Experience with relational databases.

• Exposure to NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, Cassandra, MongoDB) – plus.
