Responsibilities
As an Associate Engineer Trainee, selected candidates will be expected to:

Salary Details
The compensation structure for this role is designed to support candidates during their training and transition into full-time employment:
Total CTC: ₹4,00,100 per annum
First 3 Months: Classroom training with a stipend of ₹25,000 per month
Next 12 Months: On-the-job training as Associate Engineer
After successful training completion, candidates will continue in a full-time role
Candidates should note that they will need to sign a service agreement (bond) of ₹2 Lakhs for a duration of 2 years and 9 months.

Eligibility Criteria
