Roles & Responsibilities:

6. Learn and apply project management techniques while contributing to ongoing logistics and operational projects.

7. Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean thinking and operational excellence methodologies.

8. Develop knowledge of logistics technologies, systems, and supply chain tools used within the organization.

9. Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment in operational and project-related activities.

10. Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative in projects and supporting collaborative team efforts.

Requirements & Eligibility:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations roles.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.

5. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic data reporting tools for operational analysis.

6. Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics management platforms is an advantage.

7. Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments and manage multiple responsibilities.

8. Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges within the logistics industry.

9. Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic.

10. Interest in building a long-term career in logistics, supply chain management, and global operations.
