Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement transaction management, object lifecycle handling, and data persistence mechanisms within large-scale applications.

• Apply modern software development principles such as dependency injection, inversion of control, and aspect-oriented programming.

• Participate in test-driven development by writing unit tests, supporting automation, and ensuring code reliability.

• Support batch processing and data access frameworks to handle large volumes of enterprise data efficiently.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to enable continuous integration, continuous deployment, and smooth application releases.

• Integrate multiple enterprise systems and services to ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability.

• Work closely with team members, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver aligned solutions.

• Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies to stay aligned with IBM’s innovation-driven culture.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering disciplines with a minimum of 6 CGPA or 60%.

• Graduation year must be 2024 or 2025, and the degree must be completed before joining IBM.

• Strong programming knowledge, preferably in Java, with exposure to languages such as C++, Python, or Node.js.

• Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle concepts and structured development methodologies.

• Familiarity with object-oriented programming, data structures, and basic application architecture principles.

• No active academic backlogs at the time of application or joining.

• Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work from any location across India based on business requirements.

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.
