The Gen AI Developer Associate will work on different stages of the machine learning development lifecycle, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, experimentation, evaluation, and deployment. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement machine learning models with a particular focus on Generative AI and Natural Language Processing applications for practical technology and business use cases.
  • Perform data preprocessing and preparation activities to transform raw datasets into structured and usable information for machine learning experiments and model development.
  • Apply appropriate feature engineering techniques to improve the quality and usefulness of data provided to machine learning models.
  • Participate in model evaluation activities by analyzing performance, comparing results, identifying limitations, and supporting improvements to AI solutions.
  • Research emerging developments in Generative AI, NLP, Machine Learning, and large language models and experiment with relevant techniques where appropriate.
  • Work with Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn to develop, test, and improve AI-based solutions.
  • Explore generative AI models and technologies, including GPT-style language models, to understand their capabilities and potential applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows appropriate software development and machine learning engineering practices.
  • Assist in preparing AI models and related components for deployment into production environments while following established development and operational processes.
  • Support the monitoring and maintenance of deployed AI models, helping identify potential issues and contributing to improvements in model reliability.
  • Collaborate with other developers, data professionals, and technical team members to discuss requirements, experiment with solutions, and solve implementation challenges.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or another closely related technical discipline.
  • Fresh graduates and professionals with up to 1 year of experience in AI, machine learning, software development, data science, or related areas can apply.
  • Strong programming skills in Python are preferred, along with a good understanding of programming fundamentals, logical thinking, and code development practices.
