Job Description:

Fujitsu, a global leader in digital transformation and IT services, is inviting applications for its Apprentice Hiring Program for FY 2026 across multiple locations in India including Pune, Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. This apprenticeship opportunity is designed for recent graduates who are eager to begin their careers in the technology and IT services industry. During the apprenticeship program, candidates will work alongside engineering and technical teams while developing a strong foundation in core technical skills and enterprise IT practices. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the apprenticeship training program to gain hands-on experience in IT services, software systems, and enterprise technologies.

2. Support technical teams in performing operational tasks, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in project-related activities.

3. Learn and apply fundamental technical concepts related to the candidate’s academic specialization.

4. Collaborate with team members to understand organizational processes and contribute to ongoing projects.

5. Assist in documenting technical processes, system configurations, and project-related information.

6. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance technical capabilities.

7. Follow company policies, operational procedures, and compliance guidelines while performing assigned tasks.

8. Demonstrate adaptability by learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies used within the organization.

9. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project updates and learning progress.

10. Continuously improve personal and technical skills through active participation in training and development initiatives.

Requirements & Eligibility:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields from an accredited institution.

2. Graduation year must be between 2021 and 2025 from institutes approved by AICTE, DOTE, DTE, or other government authorities.

3. Candidates must possess a final degree certificate or provisional certificate confirming completion of their graduation.

4. Applicants must not have any previous or current registration on the NATS portal with another organization.

5. Basic understanding of core technical subjects related to the candidate’s specialization.

6. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.

7. High learning aptitude with enthusiasm to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving technologies.

8. Flexibility regarding technology assignments and work location as per business requirements.

9. Ability to follow organizational policies including mandatory work-from-office requirements.

10. Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to grow within a professional IT environment.

Expected Salary:

For apprenticeship roles in leading IT service organizations in India, the typical stipend generally ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month depending on the training program structure and location.
