Job Description:

Enveu is offering an exciting opportunity for aspiring software testers to kickstart their careers as a QA Trainee in Noida. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements. Carefully validate features and identify any inconsistencies or defects.

• Execute predefined test cases and test scenarios, ensuring comprehensive coverage of application workflows. Document results clearly to support debugging and development efforts.

• Identify, log, and track bugs using standard bug tracking tools while maintaining detailed and accurate records of issues. Ensure proper follow-up until resolution.

• Perform functional, regression, and UI testing to verify application stability and usability across different scenarios. Ensure changes do not negatively impact existing features.

• Collaborate with developers and senior QA engineers to reproduce issues and validate fixes. Maintain clear communication to ensure faster resolution cycles.

• Verify that newly developed features meet both technical specifications and business requirements. Ensure that all functionalities work as intended before release.

• Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, defect reports, and execution logs. Ensure documentation is organized and easily accessible.

• Participate in test planning sessions and assist in preparing structured test cases based on project needs. Contribute ideas to improve testing efficiency.

• Evaluate application usability and ensure a smooth, intuitive user experience. Provide feedback to improve product quality and user satisfaction.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new QA tools, methodologies, and testing techniques to enhance testing effectiveness and career growth.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or currently pursuing graduation. This provides a foundational understanding of software systems.

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts, including QA processes and methodologies. Candidates should be familiar with the role of testing in software development.

• Knowledge of manual testing and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Understanding different testing phases is essential for effective QA execution.

• Familiarity with test case creation, execution, and bug reporting processes. Ability to document issues clearly and concisely is important.

• Basic exposure to bug tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms is an added advantage. Helps in managing and tracking defects efficiently.

• Understanding of web and mobile application functionality, including user interface and user experience principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and suggest improvements. Ability to think critically is essential.

• High attention to detail to ensure even minor defects are identified and addressed. Precision is key in quality assurance roles.

• Good communication and documentation skills to effectively collaborate with team members and maintain clear records.

• Internship, academic projects, or any hands-on experience in software testing is a plus. Freshers with strong enthusiasm for QA are highly encouraged to apply.
