  • Meet contact center performance metrics, productivity goals, and service level agreements as defined by the program.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by analyzing concerns and providing accurate information or appropriate solutions.
  • Adhere strictly to data security standards, confidentiality requirements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Participate in training programs, coaching sessions, and mandatory upskilling courses to improve performance and service quality.
  • Maintain 100% schedule adherence, support attendance standards, and contribute positively to operational efficiency.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow standard operating procedures for issue resolution and escalation.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer support quality and achieve collective targets.
  • Adapt to shift-based operations, including night shifts, while maintaining professionalism and service excellence.

Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA, MCA, or related disciplines.
  • 2026 pass-out candidates are eligible to apply, making this an ideal campus hiring opportunity for freshers.
