Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers step-by-step in resolving technical issues, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding.
  • Follow up on open issues and ensure proper closure while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Escalate critical or complex issues to higher-level support teams for faster resolution.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions accurately in support systems.
  • Relay feedback from customers regarding application performance and usability to development teams.
  • Participate in resolving major incidents by coordinating with multiple teams through bridge calls.
  • Maintain adherence to company processes, quality standards, and service-level agreements.
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to enhance support quality.

Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or related roles, with freshers eligible to apply.
  • Basic understanding of software applications, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and explain solutions clearly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with help desk tools, ticketing systems, or customer support platforms is an advantage.
