Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and engineer end-to-end international telecom networks to support global connectivity and roaming services across multiple regions.

• Coordinate with device engineering teams and product development teams to gather technical requirements for supporting 2G, 3G, and 4G roaming capabilities.

• Validate technical designs and network requirements to ensure seamless implementation of authentication, authorization, accounting, billing, and provisioning services.

• Support the development of technical proposals for network upgrades, expansions, and infrastructure investments in collaboration with business and operational teams.

• Evaluate service provider capabilities by analyzing performance, network coverage, and reliability to ensure service quality standards are maintained.

• Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify connectivity issues, route failures, and system inefficiencies.

• Troubleshoot telecom network issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective solutions to improve network reliability.

• Assist in network deployment activities and ensure successful integration of telecom infrastructure components across multiple network environments.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of telecom projects while maintaining compliance with operational standards.

• Document network designs, technical reports, and troubleshooting procedures to support knowledge sharing and operational transparency.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Basic knowledge of wireless communication technologies including 2G, 3G, and 4G network architecture and telecom protocols.

• Understanding of telecom network deployment processes, infrastructure planning, and service integration methodologies.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret network performance data and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

• Good understanding of authentication, billing, provisioning, and network performance management systems in telecom networks.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external network service providers.

• Ability to work as part of a team while demonstrating strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

• Basic business understanding and ability to align technical decisions with operational and organizational objectives.

• Willingness to learn new telecom technologies, network tools, and industry best practices in wireless communication systems.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic telecom engineering environment.
