Reliance Jio is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) in Mumbai for an opportunity focused on mobile core network engineering and telecommunications operations. Roles & Responsibilities

• Support core network architecture design by assisting senior engineers with technical activities related to mobile core infrastructure, network components, connectivity, capacity, and service requirements.
• Coordinate with device and product teams to understand technical requirements and support network capabilities for 4G, 3G, and roaming services across different devices and operational scenarios.
• Support 4G, 3G, and 2G core network operations by assisting with monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and other activities required to maintain network service availability.
• Monitor core network KPIs and service parameters to identify unusual trends, performance degradation, or potential service issues and escalate significant deviations to the appropriate technical teams.
• Assist with subscriber provisioning workflows by supporting technical processes associated with subscriber activation, configuration, service enablement, and related core network operations.
• Validate authentication and charging systems by supporting testing and verification activities to ensure subscribers can authenticate correctly and charging-related functionality operates as expected.
• Support interconnect and roaming testing by coordinating test activities, analyzing results, documenting observations, and helping identify issues affecting communication between networks.
• Analyze call flows and signalling problems by studying network messages, signalling sequences, and relevant technical information to help identify communication failures and service issues.
• Troubleshoot network alarms and outages by monitoring core systems, investigating alerts, gathering technical information, and working with experienced engineers to restore affected services.
• Maintain network configuration documentation by recording technical changes, configurations, implementation details, and operational updates to ensure accurate and traceable network records.
• Coordinate with RAN and transport teams to investigate issues that cross different parts of the telecom network and support smooth communication between core, radio, and transport infrastructure.
• Support network upgrades and new node rollouts by assisting with implementation activities, validation, testing, documentation, and post-deployment checks for newly introduced network components.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a B.E. or B.Tech degree from a recognized institution. Engineering graduates with a strong interest in telecommunications, networking, electronics, or information technology can be well suited to the role.
