Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Python and FastAPI, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and integrate RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between applications, services, and enterprise platforms while following modern API development standards.
• Write efficient SQL queries, manage relational databases, optimize database performance, and ensure secure storage and retrieval of application data for enterprise software solutions.
• Integrate enterprise applications with Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Graph API, enabling access to users, organizational resources, calendars, files, and collaboration services.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure cloud services for application deployment, resource management, monitoring, and cloud-based software development while learning cloud-native development practices.
• Participate in the development of AI-powered applications using Azure AI Foundry, supporting machine learning models, Generative AI solutions, intelligent chat applications, and document automation projects.
• Perform software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to identify defects, resolve technical issues, and improve application stability and reliability.
• Follow software engineering best practices by writing clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards and version control procedures.
• Collaborate with senior developers, technical architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions within defined timelines.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge by learning new programming languages, cloud technologies, AI frameworks, and modern development methodologies while contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline from a recognized university. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming with the ability to develop logical, efficient, and maintainable applications while understanding core programming concepts and object-oriented programming principles.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts, including writing queries, database normalization, data manipulation, and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks, along with an understanding of backend application development and RESTful web services.
• Good understanding of REST API development, API integration, request-response mechanisms, authentication methods, and modern web service architectures.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, cloud computing concepts, deployment environments, and cloud-based application development will be highly beneficial.
• Understanding of Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 integrations, including user management, organizational resources, and enterprise collaboration services, will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision concepts is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent analytical thinking, debugging capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies while working on complex software development projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
