Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications and desktop-based software solutions using ASP.NET and MVC frameworks.
• Design, optimize, and manage SQL Server databases, stored procedures, queries, and data integration processes.
• Build and integrate Web Services and WCF services to enable seamless communication between applications and systems.
• Develop interactive and responsive front-end components using JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, and CSS technologies.
• Utilize XML for structured data exchange, data manipulation, and application integration processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot software defects, debug application issues, and implement performance optimization improvements.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure software quality, coding standards, and maintainable application architecture.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to development workflows, coding practices, and software delivery processes.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability while following industry-standard development methodologies.
• Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and deployment-related processes throughout the software lifecycle.
• Work effectively in team-oriented environments while independently handling assigned development tasks and deliverables.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong hands-on experience in ASP.NET development and MVC framework-based application architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL Server database development, query optimization, stored procedures, and relational database concepts.
• Good understanding of Web Services, WCF, XML integration, and enterprise communication frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and front-end web technologies for user interface development.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft .NET Framework and enterprise software development practices.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions based on business requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for debugging and resolving application issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows is an added advantage.
• Understanding of modern front-end frameworks and libraries will be beneficial for future project requirements.
