  • Support the monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging of ETL workflows to ensure accurate and timely movement of data between multiple enterprise systems and databases.
  • Assist in maintaining enterprise data mart extraction processes, ensuring data consistency, integrity, availability, and compliance with business requirements.
  • Perform unit-level quality assurance testing by validating database changes, automation scripts, ETL jobs, and system enhancements before deployment into production environments.

  • Continuously learn new technologies, cloud platforms, automation tools, DevOps practices, and database optimization techniques to improve technical expertise and contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline from a recognized university.
  • Zero to one year of relevant experience in software development, database administration, DevOps, IT operations, technical support, or related technical domains. Fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, including database concepts, SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, data extraction, and database maintenance activities.
  • Basic programming and scripting knowledge in Python and SQL with the ability to automate repetitive tasks, analyze data, and support database operations.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines, database integration, and troubleshooting techniques for enterprise data processing workflows.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or similar cloud-based data platforms will be considered an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Cisco Tidal, version control systems, JIRA, or other project management and DevOps collaboration tools is desirable.
  • Strong analytical thinking, debugging skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail while handling complex enterprise database environments and automation workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Candidates should be flexible to work in client-specific time zones, rotational shifts, weekend support schedules, and 24×7 operational environments based on business requirements. Preference will be given to candidates based in Mumbai, particularly the Thane region.
