Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and visually appealing HTML email templates for digital marketing campaigns while ensuring compatibility across multiple email clients and devices.
• Create, modify, and maintain web-based marketing assets using HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams, designers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot HTML rendering issues, email formatting problems, and browser compatibility challenges to ensure optimal user experience across platforms.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns by developing email creatives, updating campaign content, and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Assist in web application development tasks, content updates, testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities while maintaining coding standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve technical queries, optimize campaign performance, and improve digital marketing processes.
• Follow project guidelines, established workflows, and quality standards while effectively managing assigned tasks within project timelines.
• Participate in project meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous learning initiatives to improve technical expertise and operational efficiency.
• Adapt quickly to changing project requirements, learn new technologies, and contribute proactively to team success in a dynamic marketing operations environment.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates with educational backgrounds in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or related fields are preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in web development, email development, digital marketing, or frontend technologies are eligible to apply.
• Strong knowledge of HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) for creating responsive web pages and HTML email templates.
• Familiarity with responsive web design principles, email campaign development, and cross-browser or cross-email-client compatibility techniques.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, email marketing workflows, and marketing automation platforms will be considered an advantage.
• Good problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Outlook, internet applications, and standard productivity tools is considered beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and client-facing environments.
• Ability to follow project guidelines, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and deliver high-quality work while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts when required and committed to continuous learning, teamwork, and professional development.
