Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications and services using Java and Spring Boot frameworks within enterprise software environments.
• Contribute to frontend development activities using React.js while building responsive, user-friendly, and scalable web application interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, product teams, and mentors to understand project requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Participate actively in code reviews, debugging sessions, and software optimization processes to improve application performance and code quality.
• Work with Git-based version control systems to manage source code repositories, track changes, and maintain collaborative development workflows.
• Assist in troubleshooting application issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective bug fixes across backend and frontend modules.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven features and support large dataset processing tasks wherever applicable within project requirements.
• Support the implementation of REST APIs and microservices-based architectures for scalable application communication and service integration.
• Follow secure development practices and internal control procedures while maintaining compliance with engineering and organizational standards.
• Learn and apply DevSecOps principles, cloud-based development workflows, and modern software engineering methodologies during project execution.
• Continuously improve programming knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and technical skills through mentorship, hands-on development, and collaborative learning.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Final-year students or recent graduates pursuing B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or related Computer Science and Information Technology programs are eligible to apply.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Java programming language along with familiarity with Spring Framework and Spring Boot development concepts.
• Understanding of frontend development using React.js, JavaScript fundamentals, component-based architecture, and modern UI development practices.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), data structures, exception handling, collections framework, and multithreading concepts.
• Familiarity with Git version control systems and collaborative software development workflows used in professional engineering environments.
• Ability to write clean, structured, and logically organized code with good debugging and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, backend service integration, and microservices architecture concepts will be considered an added advantage.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning concepts, or data processing technologies is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication skills, teamwork abilities, and willingness to learn modern software engineering tools and practices in fast-paced environments.
• Candidates should be available for a full-time 6-month internship from June 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026.
• Willingness to work in hybrid mode from Hyderabad and attend in-office interviews and project collaboration sessions as required.
• Strong motivation, positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to contribute to real-world software development projects are highly valued.

Expected Salary

AutoRABIT is offering a compensation package of approximately ₹4,00,000 for the complete 6-month internship duration, making it one of the competitive software engineering internship opportunities for students and fresh graduates in India. High-performing interns may also receive an opportunity for full-time conversion with salary packages determined based on technical performance, coding skills, and overall contribution during the internship.
