Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement data governance frameworks using Azure tools to ensure data consistency, security, compliance, and proper metadata management.

• Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources, ensuring accurate transformation and consolidation for analytics use cases.

• Design and develop scalable data models using techniques such as star and snowflake schema for optimized reporting and business intelligence.

• Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage.

• Optimize data workflows through indexing, partitioning, caching, and performance tuning strategies for improved reporting efficiency.

• Develop and validate interactive dashboards using Power BI to deliver real-time, actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and business opportunities within enterprise datasets.

• Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and security mechanisms to safeguard sensitive business information.

• Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and transform data for analytical requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document data flows, models, and reporting frameworks, ensuring transparency and reusability.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, with graduation expected in 2026.

• Strong understanding of data management concepts, including data governance, integration, transformation, and security practices.

• Foundational knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with an interest in dashboard design and reporting.

• Familiarity with Azure ecosystem tools such as Azure Purview, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
