Job Description:
International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is hiring a Software Engineer for its Digital Technology Solutions team in Hyderabad. As a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health & biosciences, IFF leverages digital transformation and intelligent automation to drive operational excellence. This hybrid role (3 days per week onsite) focuses on designing and delivering scalable UiPath-based automation solutions that streamline enterprise business processes while enhancing performance, security, and governance standards.

In this role, you will analyze business workflows to identify automation opportunities and design robust UiPath solutions using REFramework and enterprise best practices. You will develop end-to-end automation processes, integrate with ServiceNow and ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle Fusion, and apply advanced automation capabilities including Generative AI (LLMs, JenAI) for intelligent document processing and conversational automation. Ensuring secure credential management, compliance with enterprise policies, and high system resilience will be core responsibilities.

Beyond technical execution, you will collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to align automation initiatives with architectural standards and stakeholder expectations. The role includes comprehensive documentation (PDD, SDD, test plans), version control using Git, CI/CD-based deployment, and ongoing monitoring of live automations. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and design scalable UiPath solutions using REFramework.

2. Develop and deploy end-to-end RPA workflows including reusable components and custom activities.

3. Integrate automation solutions with ServiceNow, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle Fusion), and enterprise systems via APIs.

4. Apply Generative AI (LLMs, JenAI) to enhance intelligent document processing and conversational automation scenarios.

5. Implement secure credential management and ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.

6. Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing with robust exception handling, logging, and alerting mechanisms.

7. Manage version control through Git and support CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment.

8. Monitor production automations, provide hypercare support, and troubleshoot performance or stability issues.

9. Maintain comprehensive documentation including PDDs, SDDs, and deployment guides.

10. Drive adherence to the Automation Delivery Playbook to ensure maintainability and long-term system stability.

Requirements & Eligibility:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.

2. UiPath Advanced/Professional Developer Certification (mandatory).

3. 1–3 years of hands-on RPA development experience in enterprise environments.

4. Proven experience delivering 20+ production-grade automations using UiPath.

5. Strong understanding of REFramework, queue-based processing, transaction management, and exception handling.

6. Experience with API integrations, data transformation, and secure credential management.

7. Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD deployment practices.

8. Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Snowflake data platforms, and Intelligent Automation tools (AI Center, Document Understanding).

9. Exposure to Generative AI concepts and application of LLMs/JenAI in automation use cases.

10. Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge business requirements with technical automation solutions.

Expected Salary:

For a UiPath-certified Software Engineer with 1–3 years of RPA experience in Hyderabad, the expected salary typically ranges between ₹7 LPA to ₹14 LPA depending on automation complexity, AI integration exposure, and ERP integration expertise. Compensation may vary based on certification level, number of production automations delivered, and familiarity with enterprise governance standards.
