Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage learning administration activities by adding classes, maintaining training schedules, and updating information accurately within the Deloitte Learning Management System.
- Process scheduled operational and training-related reports while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to internal stakeholders and business teams.
- Prepare and provide delegate lists for training programs while coordinating participant records and ensuring proper enrollment management for learning activities.
- Distribute electronic training materials, learning resources, and pre-work documentation to participants before scheduled training sessions and workshops.
- Support closure of training classes by processing attendance data, collecting participant feedback, and maintaining post-course evaluation records.
- Ensure all system updates, learning administration tasks, and process activities are completed within established timelines and according to procedural guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with data protection policies, confidentiality standards, and organizational procedures while handling employee learning and training records.
- Work within defined Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements to deliver consistent and high-quality administrative support services.
- Coordinate with internal teams, HR professionals, trainers, and stakeholders to support smooth execution of learning and development operations.
- Handle additional learning support processes, administrative activities, and operational tasks as assigned by the HR Services management team.
- Communicate professionally with users and stakeholders through email and internal communication channels while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Support process improvements, operational efficiency initiatives, and documentation updates to enhance the effectiveness of learning administration services.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Candidates must hold a graduate degree from a recognized university in any discipline with strong academic and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in learning administration, HR operations, customer support, or back-office operations are eligible to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential for handling reports, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain professional email etiquette across all interactions.
