Job Description:

The Associate Analyst – Learning Admin role at Deloitte is a people-centric position that plays a vital role in supporting learning and talent development initiatives for the North-South Europe (NSE) firm. This role sits within the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team and focuses on delivering high-quality learning administration services aligned with Deloitte’s HR objectives. In this role, you will act as the first line of support for learning administration activities, handling critical tasks within the Deloitte Learning Management System. Your responsibilities will directly impact how learning programs are scheduled, delivered, evaluated, and closed. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to service-level agreements, and the ability to manage multiple administrative processes efficiently in a structured environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Add, update, and manage training classes accurately within the Deloitte Learning Management System.

  • Process and generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports related to learning operations and program delivery.

  • Prepare and distribute delegate lists to relevant stakeholders in a timely and organized manner.

  • Share electronic training materials and pre-work content with participants ahead of scheduled sessions.

  • Close completed training classes and process post-course evaluations and participant feedback.

  • Ensure all system updates and learning records are completed within defined timelines and guidelines.

  • Maintain strict compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards at all times.

  • Work within defined Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements to meet business expectations.

  • Support additional learning and talent support processes as required by the team.

  • Communicate professionally with internal users, providing clear updates and responsive support.


Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

  • 0–1 year of experience in learning administration, HR operations, back-office services, or customer support roles.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to maintain professional email etiquette.

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Logical and structured problem-solving approach with attention to detail.

  • Calm, adaptable, and responsive mindset when handling time-sensitive or urgent requests.

  • Willingness to work in evening shifts aligned with business requirements.

  • Openness to learning new systems, tools, and processes in a dynamic environment.
