Job Description:
Deloitte is hiring an Analyst – Onboarding to join its HR Services team in Hyderabad, supporting the UK HR Services Administration for the North & South Europe (NSE) region. This role is a key part of Deloitte’s global HR operations, focusing on delivering seamless onboarding experiences for new hires while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and service standards. As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
In this role, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including HR teams, business units, and new joiners, to facilitate smooth onboarding processes. You will handle tasks such as contract release, SAP system updates, employee screening, and managing onboarding workflows. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also utilize tools like ServiceNow and HR systems to track and manage cases efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including contract release, SAP hiring activities, employee screening, and onboarding workflows for various hire categories.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in SAP or HR systems, maintaining data integrity and compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Monitor and meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), escalating potential risks or delays to team leaders.
- Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities, ensuring proper tracking and timely closure of all cases in the system.
- Utilize tools such as ServiceNow to manage HR service requests and improve overall service delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, operations, and business units, to ensure smooth execution of onboarding processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, company policies, and quality risk standards at all times.
- Support other HR Services teams such as Leavers, Transactions, and Helpdesk when required, contributing to overall team success.
Requirements & Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
- Experience working with HR systems such as SAP or similar platforms for managing employee data and transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders and provide clear guidance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee data and maintaining records.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow for case management is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in shift timings (2 PM to 11 PM) and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Expected Salary:
The expected salary for an Analyst – Onboarding role at Deloitte in India typically ranges between ₹4 LPA to ₹8 LPA, depending on experience, HR expertise, and interview performance.
