Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and audit image, video, and text-based operational tasks related to fulfillment center stowing activities with high accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze short operational videos and identify product placement details using internal tools, human judgment, and established auditing procedures.
- Verify and mark product locations accurately to support inventory management and maintain fulfillment center stow quality standards.
- Perform several hundred video or image audits per shift while meeting predefined productivity, accuracy, and quality benchmarks.
- Follow operational guidelines, audit processes, and acceptable work practices to ensure reliable and consistent data processing outcomes.
- Use data auditing tools and internal systems effectively for capturing responses, validating activities, and supporting machine learning workflows.
- Identify details from blurry or low-quality images and videos while maintaining strong focus and attention to screen-based tasks.
- Collaborate with remote teams, supervisors, and operational stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency and support process improvements.
- Participate in coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational quality and productivity.
- Adhere to work-from-home and workplace compliance standards, including maintaining a secure workspace and protecting work-related data confidentiality.
- Support rotational shift operations, including night shifts, weekend schedules, and occasional office visits based on business requirements.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelorβs degree from a recognized university or institution in any discipline with strong analytical and observation capabilities.
- Ability to perform image, video, and text-based auditing tasks accurately while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify small differences, inconsistencies, or product placement details in operational videos.
- Comfortable working on screen-intensive tasks for extended periods while maintaining concentration, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and flexible schedules in a 24/7 operational environment.
