Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in designing, developing, and testing scalable backend services and RESTful APIs that power real-time technical evaluation engines.
• Write clean, modular, and well-tested code in Python, Ruby, Java, or JavaScript while adhering to continuous integration and delivery best practices.
• Develop and optimize code execution environments and containerized evaluation sandboxes ensuring deterministic, secure test runs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering pods to debug code bottlenecks, reproduce reported customer defects, and implement automated fixes.
• Write comprehensive automated unit tests, component tests, and integration test suites to maintain high engineering test coverage.
• Participate actively in agile sprint ceremonies, technical design reviews, and collaborative pair programming sessions with senior mentors.
• Assist in monitoring application telemetry, profiling database queries, and improving system response times across high-traffic endpoints.
• Document technical specifications, internal API schemas, and architectural workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing across engineering teams.

Requirements & Eligibility:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (graduating in 2025 or 2026).
• Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, problem solving, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-on coding proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, or Ruby.
• Basic understanding of web architecture, RESTful API design principles, and relational database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control workflows utilizing Git and GitHub, including pull requests, branching strategies, and code reviews.
• Exposure to Linux environments, basic shell scripting, and containerization concepts like Docker is an added advantage.
• Genuine passion for software engineering, competitive programming, and creating high-quality developer tooling.
• Proactive mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills and eagerness to learn within a fast-paced environment.
