Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality software solutions across the full system lifecycle.

• Work within a permanent Agile feature team, applying Agile methods to backlog-driven development.

• Build resilient, scalable, and long-lived software that can adapt to evolving business and technology needs.

• Collaborate with principal engineers, architects, and senior stakeholders to align platform design with business objectives.

• Lead the adoption and implementation of engineering best practices related to scalability, performance, availability, and automation.

• Design and develop software with a strong focus on automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.

• Contribute to intentional architecture while supporting emergent design through experimentation and prototyping.

• Perform complex requirements analysis and validate solutions against business and system requirements.

• Apply low-latency coding techniques where required to meet performance-critical use cases.

• Mentor and influence other engineers, promoting clean code, technical excellence, and engineering standards.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Strong full-stack software engineering experience with deep expertise in system design and implementation.

• Proven development experience in Core Java, Multithreading, Spring framework, and SQL databases.

• Experience leading the implementation of programming best practices across large-scale systems.

• Strong understanding of scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability, and performance engineering.

• Hands-on experience with low-latency coding techniques and performance-sensitive applications.

• Solid experience working in Agile development environments and feature teams.

• Ability to perform complex requirements analysis and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on building future-ready, resilient platforms.
