Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability before performing analytical activities.
- Analyze large business datasets to identify meaningful trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights that support operational improvements and strategic business decision-making.
- Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management presentations that clearly communicate key findings and business performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms to support real-time business monitoring.
- Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by analyzing business metrics, measuring operational performance, and identifying areas that require improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, business units, technology, and management to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized analytical solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and generate timely reports that assist leadership teams in solving business challenges and making informed strategic decisions.
- Ensure data integrity by following standardized reporting procedures, maintaining analytical documentation, validating datasets, and supporting governance best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization by recommending improvements in reporting workflows, data automation, and dashboard efficiency to enhance overall business productivity.

Requirements & Eligibility
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline is required.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, Data Operations, or similar analytical roles are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships are also eligible.
- Strong understanding of data analysis concepts, descriptive statistics, data validation techniques, and business reporting methodologies is essential for this role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, data cleaning, formulas, conditional formatting, and analytical functions is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is required to query databases, retrieve business data, filter records, perform joins, and support reporting requirements efficiently.
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools is preferred for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is considered an added advantage for automating analysis, data manipulation, and advanced reporting tasks.
- Excellent analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential for interpreting data accurately and generating reliable business insights.
- Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are required to effectively communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional certifications such as Google Data Analytics Certificate, Microsoft Power BI Fundamentals, Tableau Desktop Fundamentals, or SQL-related certifications will strengthen your profile but are not mandatory.
