Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software services and resilient backend infrastructure supporting high-volume cloud transactions across global regions.
• Write clean, highly performant, modular, and maintainable production code in languages such as Java, C++, Go, or Python while upholding rigorous engineering excellence.
• Architect low-latency distributed APIs, asynchronous event processing workflows, and fault-tolerant microservices integrated with Google Cloud Platform services.
• Partner closely with systems architects, UX designers, and technical product managers to translate complex business specifications into resilient technical designs.
• Implement automated unit, integration, performance, and regression testing suites to ensure maximum test coverage and zero regressions in continuous deployment pipelines.
• Analyze production telemetry, profile application bottlenecks, and optimize database indexing and resource utilization to sustain peak query performance.
• Conduct thorough peer code reviews, mentor early-career software engineers, and establish architectural best practices across engineering squads.
• Participate in on-call escalation rotations and incident retrospectives, formulating preventive safeguards and automated remediation runbooks to elevate service availability.

Requirements & Eligibility:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent technical field of study.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building scalable backend services, distributed systems, or enterprise cloud platforms.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages including Java, C++, Python, or Go with sound knowledge of object-oriented design and design patterns.
• Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithmic complexity, concurrent computing, and system architecture.
• Practical hands-on experience designing and operating relational and distributed non-relational database systems such as Spanner, PostgreSQL, or Bigtable.
• Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration tooling including Docker and Kubernetes alongside modern CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive automated tests, debug distributed race conditions, and profile memory utilization under high concurrency.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous engineering requirements effectively.
