Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and cloud data architectures across modern platforms such as GCP, Snowflake, or AWS.
• Write clean, modular, and highly performant data engineering code using Python, SQL, and modern data transformation frameworks.
• Develop and optimize database schemas, data models, and analytical queries across distributed relational and non-relational database systems.
• Partner closely with data architects, product managers, and analytics specialists to translate complex business requirements into resilient technical designs.
• Implement automated data quality checks, data lineage monitoring, and reconciliation workflows to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
• Build automated unit, integration, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) to streamline continuous testing and seamless release of data products.
• Monitor pipeline execution metrics, diagnose processing bottlenecks, and optimize query performance to reduce compute latency and costs.
• Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, data catalog definitions, and API specifications to support engineering collaboration.

Requirements & Eligibility:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or building scalable cloud-native data solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming with an emphasis on object-oriented design, modular architecture, and clean coding standards.
• Advanced SQL expertise with proven experience writing complex analytical queries, indexing strategies, and query performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience working with cloud data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), Snowflake, or AWS.
• Practical knowledge of workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow, Cloud Composer, or dbt for managing production DAGs.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub), containerization (Docker), and automated CI/CD pipeline deployments.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and collaborative team mindset.
