You will partner closely with product owners, subject-matter specialists, and systems engineers to conduct thorough manual testing, research complex statutory frameworks, and leverage modern AI tools to streamline documentation and operational workflows. Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive manual testing and test execution using proprietary Deloitte software applications and advanced Microsoft Excel models to validate system functionality.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and issue triage to ensure the continuous availability and performance of client-facing technology solutions.
• Research international legislative updates, statutory tax rules, and application topics across diverse regulatory databases and knowledge platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams to investigate, resolve, and communicate legislative changes and technical software enhancements to stakeholders.
• Leverage generative AI tools and intelligent automation assistants to optimize research synthesis, test documentation, and functional problem-solving.
• Create and maintain detailed functional documentation, testing logs, user stories, and defect resolution summaries across project lifecycles.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles, defect triage meetings, and regression reviews alongside senior analysts and product consultants.
• Assist in developing process workflows, user manuals, and training materials to facilitate smooth technology adoption across global member firms.

Requirements & Eligibility:
• Bachelor's degree in a business discipline (B.Com, BBA) or a technology discipline (B.Tech/B.E., BCA, B.Sc. in IT or Computer Science).
• Entry-level or fresher status with strong academic grounding in business analysis, technology systems, or quantitative problem-solving.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic familiarity with database querying and programming concepts such as SQL, C#, or JavaScript through academic coursework or projects.
• Practical exposure to modern AI productivity tools and workflow automation platforms applied in academic or internship settings.
• Strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to multicultural teams.
