Roles & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable cloud-native software applications for customer-focused systems.
- Assist in building microservices and backend APIs that support real-time customer data processing and enterprise platform requirements.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following software engineering standards and modern development practices.
- Support frontend development activities using React and collaborate on user interface improvements for seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in real-time data processing, analytics services, and event-driven application development to improve platform efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system scalability, application performance, automation, and operational reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and defect resolution activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and developers to implement business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Assist in improving data pipelines, instrumentation tools, and system monitoring capabilities for enhanced platform stability.
- Learn and implement best practices in software development, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and system architecture.
- Contribute to cloud-based application deployment and maintenance activities using AWS, GCP, Docker, or related technologies.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Candidates should possess a Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical disciplines.
- Applicants should have approximately 1β3 years of experience or equivalent internship/project exposure in software application development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and hands-on experience with Java or similar programming languages is required.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed multi-tier application systems is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and scalable application development is essential.
- Exposure to relational databases and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, Couchbase, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies is advantageous.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is beneficial for cloud-native application development.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React and version control systems like Git is preferred.
- Basic understanding of event-driven systems, messaging frameworks like Kafka, containerization tools such as Docker, and build tools including Maven or Gradle is desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication abilities, teamwork, and willingness to continuously learn new technologies are important for success.
