Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and testing software applications using various programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and contribute to technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices in software development.
• Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Work with version control systems such as Git to manage code changes and collaborate with team members.
• Support the implementation of features related to AI/ML, automation, or system-level programming where applicable.
• Gain exposure to real-time operating systems and understand their role in embedded and system-level applications.
• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance learning.
• Assist in documenting technical processes, workflows, and project updates.
• Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve technical skills and productivity.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BTech/BE/MTech/ME) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and software development fundamentals.
• Proficiency in at least one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, .NET, or C#.
• Familiarity with frontend or backend technologies such as Angular, SQL, Oracle, or Selenium is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and system-level programming concepts.
• Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI technologies is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git for code management and collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Expected Salary:

The expected stipend for a Software Intern role at Ralliant (Tektronix) in Bangalore typically ranges between ₹25,000 to ₹60,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s skills, academic background, and technical expertise. Interns may also receive opportunities for full-time conversion based on performance and project contributions.
