Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and deploy high-quality software applications by collaborating with engineering teams and following established software development methodologies and coding standards.
• Design and implement web and mobile applications using programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, HTML, and CSS while ensuring scalable and maintainable code architecture.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code that meets project requirements, coding guidelines, and industry best practices for software quality and performance.
• Participate in software testing activities, identify bugs, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement timely fixes to ensure stable, reliable, and defect-free application releases.
• Support production environments by monitoring application performance, resolving production incidents, implementing hotfixes, and minimizing service disruptions for end users.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for software modules, APIs, deployment procedures, and development workflows to facilitate future maintenance and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, project managers, and technical mentors to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate actively in the intensive training program by learning modern programming concepts, software engineering practices, version control systems, debugging techniques, and deployment processes.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge by learning new programming languages, frameworks, development tools, and emerging technologies relevant to modern software engineering.
• Contribute to code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a proactive attitude toward learning and professional development.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or any related technical discipline from a recognized university. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, Ruby, C, or C++, with the ability to understand programming logic and software development concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to understand technical challenges, identify efficient solutions, and implement optimized software applications.
• Basic understanding of software development fundamentals including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, debugging, and software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frontend development concepts will be advantageous for candidates interested in full-stack application development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within development teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated learning attitude with enthusiasm for mastering new programming languages, frameworks, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple learning objectives, assignments, and project deliverables.
• Basic understanding of version control systems, API development, database concepts, or software deployment processes is beneficial but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Expected Salary

MountBlue offers a starting salary of approximately ₹4.20 LPA (₹4,20,000 per annum) for the Software Development Engineer position after successful completion of its intensive training program.
