Job Description:

LTM is hiring a Specialist – Quality Engineering in Bengaluru, offering an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to drive quality practices across the software development lifecycle. This role focuses on embedding quality from the initial design phase through to production release, ensuring that software products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user satisfaction. As a Quality Engineering Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, contributing to the development of scalable and high-quality applications.

In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and enhancing test automation strategies, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless delivery. You will design robust and maintainable automated test frameworks, focusing on resilience and efficiency. The position requires strong technical expertise in automation tools, programming languages, and modern testing methodologies, enabling you to identify quality gaps and implement effective solutions.

Additionally, this role emphasizes innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging you to stay updated with emerging technologies and propose strategic enhancements in testing processes. You will also mentor teams, conduct workshops, and promote a culture of quality across the organization. By working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure that software quality is built into every stage of development, ultimately delivering high-value solutions to customers.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced test automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery across projects.
  • Integrate automation testing into CI/CD pipelines, improving efficiency and enabling continuous testing practices.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify quality requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts that are scalable, reliable, and resilient to UI and system changes.
  • Perform various types of testing, including unit, integration, system, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve testing issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams, promoting best practices in quality engineering and automation.
  • Participate in architecture and design discussions, providing insights on quality, testing strategies, and risk mitigation.
  • Continuously monitor and improve testing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and industry best practices.

Requirements & Eligibility:

  • 5–7 years of experience in software testing or quality engineering, preferably in high-tech or product-based environments.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or similar technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, Postman, or JMeter.
  • Strong understanding of API and microservices testing, including tools like RestAssured and Postman.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or GitLab for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, system, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, web architecture, and microservices-based applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams and conduct training sessions.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning, innovation, and improving software quality processes.

Expected Salary:

The expected salary for a Specialist – Quality Engineering role at LTM in India typically ranges between ₹18 LPA to ₹30 LPA, depending on experience, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities. In addition to the base salary, candidates may receive performance bonuses and opportunities to work on advanced, high-impact technology projects.
