Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured trainee program involving phased learning, real-time project work, and skill development.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives including software development, data analytics, AI/ML, and automation solutions.
• Work on projects related to manufacturing engineering, product development, logistics, and quality improvement.
• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative technical solutions.
• Support initiatives such as Industry 4.0, lean operations, and process optimization within the organization.
• Develop technical and analytical skills through hands-on experience with modern tools and technologies.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and gradually contribute to larger projects under supervision.
• Build strong professional relationships with peers, mentors, and stakeholders across the organization.
• Continuously learn and upgrade skills through training programs, mentorship, and self-development initiatives.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, AI/ML, or related fields.
• Strong foundation in software engineering concepts, programming fundamentals, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data handling concepts is preferred.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, data science, machine vision, and digital transformation.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work on complex technical challenges.
• Self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and contribute to organizational goals.
• Exposure to projects, internships, or coursework in relevant technical areas is an added advantage.
