Job Description:

eSSL Security is hiring Quality Control Associates for its production department in Bangalore. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities in materials and processes, and report them to relevant teams for corrective action.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test reports, and quality documentation for traceability and compliance.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in implementing quality control procedures and guidelines to enhance product consistency and reliability.
• Participate in root cause analysis to identify the source of defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during inspection and testing activities.
• Continuously suggest improvements in quality processes to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field, with a basic understanding of manufacturing and quality control processes.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify defects and ensure high-quality standards in products.
• Basic knowledge of quality control tools, inspection techniques, and testing procedures used in production environments.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and suggest effective solutions.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records of inspections and test results.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with production and engineering teams.
• Willingness to work in a production environment and adapt to operational requirements.
• Basic understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements in manufacturing settings.
