Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and release scalable software features that improve business operations and deliver measurable impact to enterprise customers.
• Build and maintain high-performance backend systems while ensuring scalability, system reliability, fault tolerance, and high availability.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Design feature implementations while considering system scalability, load balancing, performance optimization, and architectural best practices.
• Perform code reviews, contribute to design discussions, and support engineering best practices to maintain software quality standards.
• Develop and maintain distributed systems, asynchronous messaging systems, and transaction-processing solutions for enterprise-grade applications.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement improvements to optimize application responsiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery through testing, debugging, monitoring, and adherence to coding standards and software engineering principles.
• Work within Agile Scrum teams and participate actively in sprint planning, technical discussions, reviews, and collaborative engineering efforts.
• Take ownership of assigned software features and work closely with stakeholders to drive customer impact and successful product delivery.
• Continuously learn emerging technologies, distributed system concepts, and modern backend engineering practices to improve technical capabilities.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical disciplines from reputed institutions.
• Applicants should have approximately 1–3 years of experience in designing and developing scalable software modules or backend systems.
• Strong programming skills in Java and object-oriented programming concepts are required for designing enterprise-grade software applications.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, software system design skills, and logical reasoning for handling engineering challenges.
• Experience with distributed transaction-processing systems or asynchronous messaging technologies is essential for system-level development tasks.
• Good understanding of system performance optimization, scalability, load balancing, and engineering for high availability is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise information systems, service-oriented architectures, and operational data stores will be considered advantageous.
• Strong understanding of software development principles including debugging, testing, coding standards, and quality assurance practices is required.
