Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in software application maintenance and production support activities by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless business continuity across enterprise applications.
• Support application deployment and administration activities by helping configure systems, maintain environments, and assist teams in managing application workflows effectively.
• Work with databases and enterprise systems to understand data flow, system dependencies, and technical operations while ensuring data accuracy and smooth system functioning.
• Participate in software development and maintenance tasks under guidance, contributing to coding, debugging, testing, and system enhancement activities.
• Monitor production systems and resolve basic technical issues by collaborating with internal support teams and escalating complex concerns when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to technical processes, system changes, troubleshooting procedures, and operational workflows for process transparency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project stakeholders, and technical experts to support business-critical software and IT operations.
• Ensure compliance with established organizational standards, technical procedures, and operational guidelines to maintain service quality and efficiency.
• Participate in shift-based operational responsibilities and provide support during extended working hours when business or project requirements demand flexibility.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Candidates must possess a B.Tech or equivalent graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
