Roles & Responsibilities

- Diagnose technical problems and identify root causes using logical thinking and analytical skills. Candidates will work closely with internal teams to ensure problems are addressed accurately and escalated when necessary.
- Log, monitor, and maintain issue records in ticketing systems such as Jira while ensuring updates are documented properly for smooth workflow management and effective issue tracking.
- Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and technical support teams to resolve incidents and maintain operational efficiency. Cross-functional communication will be an essential part of day-to-day responsibilities.
- Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders by providing timely status updates, explaining technical resolutions, and ensuring users remain informed throughout the issue resolution process.
