The role involves working independently or with minimal supervision to identify data-related challenges, analyze straightforward problem scenarios, and implement practical solutions. Engineers in this role collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers, ensuring that deployed systems align with business objectives while maintaining data integrity, traceability, and continuity across complex industrial environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and deploy industrial digital solutions to manage data continuity across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.

  • Work with PLM, MES, and related digital platforms to ensure accurate, consistent, and traceable manufacturing and engineering data.

  • Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into effective data and system configurations.

  • Apply engineering practices and technical knowledge to support digital continuity and smart manufacturing initiatives.

  • Identify data issues, inconsistencies, or gaps in straightforward scenarios and propose reliable, scalable solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.

  • Complete assigned responsibilities independently or with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Share technical expertise and provide guidance or support to team members to strengthen overall team capability.

  • Interact with customers to understand operational challenges and contribute to solution design and implementation.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by refining data workflows, processes, and system integrations.


Requirements & Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

  • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, data integration, and enterprise-level data management practices.

  • Hands-on exposure to industrial digital technologies such as PLM, MES, or similar manufacturing systems.

  • Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes, including design, industrialization, production, and supply chain workflows.

  • Ability to analyze client requirements and convert them into structured technical and data-driven solutions.

  • Experience working in collaborative team environments with the ability to share knowledge and mentor peers.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions in well-defined and straightforward scenarios.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities efficiently, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
