Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to gather, analyze, and understand technical and business requirements.

• Assist in the design and development of scalable, reliable, and efficient data processing pipelines.

• Work with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Apache Spark, Kafka, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.

• Clean, transform, and aggregate data from multiple sources into structured and usable formats.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines capable of handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

• Monitor data pipeline performance, identify issues, and assist in troubleshooting reliability concerns.

• Support database operations involving SQL and NoSQL systems for data storage and retrieval.

• Document technical processes, workflows, and procedures for internal teams and future reference.

• Follow best practices for coding, version control, and deployment within the engineering team.

• Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-based and virtual working environment.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• BE / BTech graduates from 2024 or 2025 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of basic programming concepts, data structures, and object-oriented programming principles.

• Hands-on knowledge or academic exposure to programming languages such as Java, Scala, or Python.

• Familiarity with data engineering technologies including Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Dataflow, or DataStream.

• Good understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or AlloyDB.

• Awareness of data warehousing concepts and platforms such as Google BigQuery.

• Basic exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and basic CI/CD pipeline concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn new technologies.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
