Job Description

Anteriad is hiring an Engineer, Software Development (AI) to join its R&D team in Bangalore, offering a unique opportunity to build next-generation B2B marketing technology solutions powered by data and artificial intelligence. This role is ideal for early-career developers (0–2 years of experience) who are passionate about AI-assisted development, modern web technologies, and scalable product engineering. You will contribute to building intelligent platforms that help B2B marketers make data-driven decisions across customer acquisition, demand generation, and account-based marketing initiatives.

At Anteriad, AI is embedded directly into the software development lifecycle. You will actively leverage AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, and other generative coding assistants to enhance productivity, accelerate debugging, improve code quality, and streamline documentation. Working within an Agile and DevOps-driven environment, you will design and implement scalable applications using React.js for the frontend and Node.js/Express.js for backend services. Strong GitHub collaboration, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews, is central to this role.

As part of a collaborative R&D culture, you will work closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and reliable web applications. The position emphasizes performance optimization, API integration, database efficiency, and AI-driven problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities

• Actively utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, and similar platforms to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+ / TypeScript).

• Build reusable and responsive UI components using React, Tailwind CSS, and contemporary component libraries.

• Develop and optimize backend services using Node.js and Express.js while ensuring secure and scalable API design.

• Manage source code repositories using GitHub, implementing version control best practices and structured code reviews.

• Refactor and optimize codebases using AI-driven insights to improve maintainability and performance.

• Integrate and document RESTful APIs, ensuring performance benchmarks and security compliance.

• Identify application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations across frontend, backend, and database layers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints, adapting quickly to evolving product requirements.

• Support testing processes by generating AI-assisted test cases and improving overall development workflows.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 0–2 years of professional experience in software development or related technical roles.

• Hands-on exposure to AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable.ai, or Cursor.

• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with knowledge of TypeScript preferred.

• Experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development and REST API integration.

• Working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot/Spring MVC frameworks.

• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

• Strong understanding of GitHub workflows, including branching, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews.

• Knowledge of API documentation tools and secure coding practices.

• Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize performance and scalability.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.

Expected Salary
