Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and contribute to the long-term strategy and vision for the Subscribe & Save program in India, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Plan and manage program roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives and balancing business and technical trade-offs effectively.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improving program efficiency and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category, product, and technology teams to execute program initiatives successfully.
• Drive expansion of subscribable product selection and improve the value proposition for customers and selling partners.
• Implement strategies to increase subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention in line with long-term business goals.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high reliability in subscription deliveries and fulfillment processes.
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and performance.
• Monitor key performance metrics and generate insights to support decision-making and business planning.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of program objectives.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analysis, program management, or similar roles involving large and complex datasets.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
• Experience in handling cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Understanding of program management principles, including roadmap planning and execution.
• Good communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in e-commerce, subscription-based models, or operations is an added advantage.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
