Adobe is hiring Apprentice: Technical Consultant professionals to join its Adobe Customer Services (ACS) team in Bangalore. This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates and early-career technology enthusiasts who want to build a career in consulting, customer experience technologies, and enterprise digital solutions. As a Technical Consultant Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced consultants and gain hands-on exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Commerce Cloud, customer implementation projects, and client-facing consulting engagements. The apprenticeship offers a structured learning environment where candidates can strengthen their technical knowledge while understanding how technology solves real business problems for global enterprises.

In this role, you will learn how to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions by assisting senior consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will gradually gain experience in developing and integrating content-driven applications, participating in client discussions, supporting solution delivery, and contributing to technical documentation. The position provides practical exposure to web technologies, databases, APIs, Agile methodologies, and enterprise consulting practices. By working alongside highly skilled professionals, apprentices will develop strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset that are essential for success in technology consulting and digital transformation projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Shadow senior consultants to understand customer business requirements, technical challenges, and implementation strategies while gradually taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Assist in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions that align with customer objectives, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.
• Learn to build, configure, and integrate content-driven applications using Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Commerce Cloud technologies under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Observe and participate in customer meetings, workshops, and client-facing sessions to understand consulting methodologies, stakeholder communication, and solution delivery processes.
• Support implementation activities by assisting with configurations, testing, technical documentation, solution validation, and deployment-related tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining project documentation, technical specifications, implementation guides, and knowledge-sharing materials to ensure accurate project records.
• Provide support during post-implementation activities, including issue resolution, customer assistance, testing, and ensuring successful solution adoption by end users.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables and project milestones.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and progress reviews while providing regular updates on assigned work.
• Continuously learn emerging technologies, Adobe products, cloud platforms, APIs, and consulting best practices to enhance technical expertise and contribute effectively to customer projects.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Candidates must possess a BE, B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, or M.Tech degree, preferably graduating in 2025 or 2026, or have less than six months of total work experience if they are 2025 graduates.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance, a passion for technology, and a genuine interest in consulting and customer-facing technical roles are encouraged to apply.
• Foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including how modern websites and web applications are developed and interact with users.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL, including querying data, understanding relational databases, and working with fundamental database concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into logical technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with the confidence to interact professionally with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language or framework such as Java, Python, PHP, React, or Angular will be considered an added advantage.
• Exposure to RESTful APIs, web services, request-response mechanisms, or API integrations is desirable and beneficial for enterprise consulting projects.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments, adapt to changing project requirements, and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid model from Adobe's Bangalore office, with in-office schedules determined according to team and project requirements.

Expected Salary

The estimated stipend or annual compensation for an Adobe Technical Consultant Apprentice in Bangalore typically ranges between ₹6 LPA and ₹10 LPA, depending on educational qualifications, technical expertise, internship experience, and overall performance during the selection process. Candidates with strong web development fundamentals, programming knowledge, API exposure, and excellent communication skills may receive compensation toward the higher end of the range.
