Job Description

The Quality Engineering Senior Analyst role at Accenture is designed for professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality enterprise applications through structured and continuous testing practices. In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring end-to-end quality across Salesforce-based solutions by enabling full-stack testing strategies and supporting seamless ecosystem integration. As part of Accenture’s Quality Engineering practice, your work will focus on continuous testing across the application lifecycle, including regression, API, and security testing. You will be responsible for defining automation strategies, developing automated test scripts, and supporting test data and environment configurations. Your contributions will directly impact delivery speed, system reliability, and customer satisfaction while supporting Accenture’s commitment to innovation and quality-driven digital transformation.

This role also provides opportunities to grow as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Testing. You will actively participate in code reviews, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. By combining strong technical expertise with problem-solving skills, you will help drive predictable, scalable, and high-quality outcomes for enterprise clients across industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications, ensuring functional accuracy and stability.

• Execute continuous testing activities including regression, API, and security testing.

• Design and implement automation strategies aligned with project and business requirements.

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.

• Support test data preparation and environment configuration across multiple testing phases.

• Participate in code reviews to identify potential quality issues early in the development cycle.

• Monitor, analyze, and report defects with clear root cause analysis and resolution tracking.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve delivery outcomes.

• Contribute independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Testing.

• Actively participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related challenges.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, workflows, and integrations.

• Experience with API testing methodologies and tools.

• Exposure to automated testing tools and test automation frameworks.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and continuous testing concepts.

• Experience in performance testing and basic security testing concepts.

• Ability to work independently and contribute as an SME within Agile teams.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and business teams.

• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory for this role.

The expected salary for a Quality Engineering Senior Analyst (Salesforce Tester) at Accenture in India typically ranges between ₹6 LPA to ₹11 LPA, depending on experience, skill depth, project complexity, and overall performance.
