Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to transform conceptual product ideas into detailed 3D engineering designs and technical solutions. Ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

2. Develop 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using CAD software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or UG while maintaining adherence to industry standards and design specifications.

3. Perform engineering calculations, stress analysis, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations to validate structural integrity, performance, and manufacturability of components.

4. Prepare detailed technical documentation, engineering reports, design specifications, and instruction manuals to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.

5. Participate actively in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and implement revisions to enhance product performance, reliability, and compliance.

6. Support manufacturing engineering teams by providing drafting, tolerancing, and process-related inputs to ensure smooth product development cycles.

7. Conduct research on aerospace and automotive engineering best practices, standards, and emerging technologies to improve design quality and innovation.

8. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing team productivity, reducing design errors, and enhancing project efficiency.

9. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and sustainability commitments throughout the engineering lifecycle.

10. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Requirements & Eligibility:

1. Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Industrial Production Engineering from a recognized institution.

2. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year and 11 months of relevant experience are eligible, including internship or academic project exposure in aerospace or automotive domains.

3. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and manufacturing processes.

4. Hands-on knowledge of CAD tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or UG/NX is highly desirable. Practical exposure during internships or academic projects will be an added advantage.

5. Familiarity with engineering simulation techniques such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and basic stress analysis concepts.

6. Solid foundation in mechanical design principles, materials science, and structural analysis relevant to aerospace and automotive systems.

7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality engineering practices.

8. Strong communication skills to effectively prepare technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while supporting continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

10. Willingness to work from Bengaluru and adapt to dynamic project requirements in a global engineering services environment.
