Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to convert conceptual ideas into detailed engineering designs.

• Create 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using CAD software such as CATIA or SolidWorks.

• Conduct stress analysis and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate structural integrity and performance.

• Support drafting, tolerancing, and preparation of manufacturing-ready design documentation.

• Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical reports and engineering specifications.

• Conduct engineering calculations and research to support product development initiatives.

• Assist in preparing technical documentation, user manuals, and process instructions.

• Gain knowledge of aerospace and automotive industry-specific processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Ensure compliance with engineering drawing standards and best practices.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design efficiency and productivity.

Requirements & Eligibility

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Automotive, or Industrial Production Engineering.

• Fresh graduates (0–1 year experience) eligible to apply.

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerancing principles.

• Basic knowledge of CAD software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or UG NX (advantage).

• Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) concepts and mechanical stress analysis (preferred).

• Relevant internships or academic project experience in aerospace or automotive domains (added advantage).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in team-based engineering environments.

• Good communication skills for technical documentation and cross-functional coordination.

• Enthusiasm to learn emerging engineering technologies and digital manufacturing practices.
